The start date for this position is July 2,2025.Position SummaryThis position reports to the Manager of Settlement and Family Services and the Settlement Team Leader. The role of this position is to support vulnerable GAR clients with multiple barriers and needs (i.e., learning difficulties and disabilities, mental health, and physical impairments) where Case Workers cannot address the needs. The position will provide direct support and promptly connect clients with the appropriate support services by offering a coordinated, integrated, and multidisciplinary team approach. The service will also utilize a solution-focused, client and family-centered, culturally sensitive, and holistic approach to address the needs.Primary Responsibilities
