Job Description

In this role, you will join a collaborative team focused on all aspects of consolidated financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis.   • Provide reporting and analysis for consolidated monthly results and forecasts as well as quarterly reporting and funding processes
  • Run forecasting and planning models and suggest decisions; provide support and judgement for decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end reporting packages
  • Develop and implement expense allocation methodology to the different businesses and locations
  • Oversee financial analysis when evaluating pricing and operational decisions
  • Direct the cost/benefit analysis for large capital expenditures
  • Participate in the preparation of the detailed annual operating budgets for various areas
  • Oversee the preparation of forecasts throughout the year (monthly and/or quarterly); communicate risks/opportunities when compared to budget
  • Prepare Long Term Strategic Plan scenarios for executive review
  • Ensure accruals for all spend happen in a timely manner
  • Present financial information to the CFO and Finance executives with insights on cost drivers, trends and project details
  • Maintain overall culture of continuous improvement, proactively identify and implement cost beneficial leading practices and standards
Requirements/Skills:
  • 7+ years related experience; experience at midsize companies a plus
  • Undergraduate degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting required; Certified Public Accountant (or similar accreditation) and/or public accounting experience beneficial
  • Experience with Hyperion suite of products a must
  • Master in Excel; relevant systems/technology experience
  • Identifies new opportunities to better serve clients; appropriately plans and prioritizes time and resources to deliver superior results
  • Demonstrates collaboration and teamwork by openly sharing information, seeking feedback and input from others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; communicates effectively and respectfully
