Job Description

  • Purchase of materials and services, delivery dates and payment
  • Responsible for delivery of the goods (services) at the required time and quality
  • Your responsibility will be to manage the Source to Pay process: transform purchase requests into orders, solve complaints in accordance with the agreed rules with the category coordinator.
  • Within the scope of the assigned product/ service group, you will update SAP data
  • Responsible for reporting of transaction volume and cost analysis at all levels; You will regularly report open orders after the delivery date, achieved savings and suppliers delivery performance
  • Responsible for finding and selecting suitable suppliers
  • Prepare, manage, monitor documentation and ensure communication with internal customers and buyers for international and complex transactions
  • You will be the contact person for the suppliers business, financial and technical matters
Profile:
  • You have experience in a similar job - an advantage. Position suitable also to fresh graduate.
  • Knowledge of English is on communicative level (B2 and higher)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • SAP or other MRP system knowledge is an advantage
  • Flexible and willing to learn quickly and professionally grow
  • You deal with tasks independently and responsibly
We offer:
  • Basic salary from 990 – 1155 EUR and more, depending on experience of candidate
  • Variable pay (standard 15%)
  • Average salary from 1138 – 1328 EUR monthly
