Job Description

Your Impact:As a Travel Ambassador, you’ll have the ability to work in a collaborative and engaging environment with one goal in mind, providing an amazing travel experience! You’ll work exclusively with our client’s customer base to address their needs related to their travel reward program. You’ll also handle inquiries and reservations, which includes flight, car hotel and insurance logistics.So, what does a day in life for a Travel Ambassador look like· Be a Brand Ambassador for or client, assessing and providing opportunities to promote client retention and engagement· Serve as the expert for all inquiries related to the travel reward program and perks including: entertainment, sport and leisure activities· Serve as the expert to coordinate travel logistics which includes flights, carts, hotels, travel insurance and other travel services· Service incoming collector calls by responding to general inquiries and request for information relating to the accounts in question· Service incoming requests related to travel products, modifications, cancellations and upselling various travel related products that enhance and protect the consumer experience· Promote self-service options to educate collectors or customers on how to navigate the website and leverage available resources· Resolve complex and challenging ad-hoc requests that impact customers such as airline bankruptcy, force majeure and airline strikes by identifying alternative options to what was originally book· Ability to interpret airline fare rules and regulations by navigating and or searching inside self-service systems such as a knowledgebase.· Creating a “WOW” factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of the interaction and speed of service· Regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure you regularly meet key performance indicatorsBenefits of working with HGS include: HGS is a global leader in customer experience management.
