Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, a willingness to assist colleagues, and the ability to multitask in a professional office setting.The primary responsibilities include greet office visitors, oversee office management and coordination of business meetings and travel arrangements for senior management, managing document filing, scanning and shredding, assist with processing employee expense claims and managing receipts, receive and sort mail deliveries, preparing outgoing mail and courier shipping.
