Job Description

Job Title: Client Account OfficerLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a Client Account Officer (Insurance) to manage our clients’ insurance accounts, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining the company’s standards for customer service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of insurance account management, from policy processing to claims handling, renewals, and customer inquiries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Handle day-to-day insurance account activities, including renewals, cancellations, and policy amendments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, explaining coverage options, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Claims Processing: Assist clients in submitting and tracking insurance claims, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement.
  • Risk Assessment: Review and assess client portfolios to recommend appropriate coverage and identify potential risks.
  • Billingamp; Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices for premiums, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and underwriters to ensure that client accounts are managed effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain and update client records, prepare reports on account status, and assist with audits as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively
