The successful candidate will ensure proper alignment and stability of forms to achieve accurate concrete placement.WHAT YOU #39;LL ACCOMPLISH- Assemble and secure formwork for concrete pours.- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.- Ensure forms are properly aligned and braced.- Strip and clean forms after concrete placement.- Work with the concrete finishing team to ensure a smooth project workflow.- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.WHAT WE #39;RE LOOKING FOREducation: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete form settingRequired Training/Certifications: Valid Class 5 Driver #39;s LicenseRequired Technical Skills: Ability to read construction drawings, knowledge of formwork techniquesTravel Requirements: Knowledge of the City ofSaskatoonand surrounding areaAdditional Requirements:- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.- Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment.- Proven ability to follow safe work procedures and complete field risk assessments.- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
