We provide an amazing opportunity for you to work outdoors and interact with clients.Please only apply if you are physically in Saskatoon, Sk and have a valid SK driver license. Guaranteed hourly wage of $19/h + bonuses. No experience is required - Training will be provided. Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to around 4:00pm. This is a seasonal position that starts at the end of April and goes till end of August. Great summer job for students! • Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, and overseeding.
• Communicate with customers as the front-line contact between homeowners and your Weed Man office.
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.
• Maintain cleanliness of your assigned truck and equipment
• Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products.
• Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position.
• Maintain a professional appearance

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 SK driver’s license with clean driving record
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Adhere to company policies which can be found in the employee handbook (i.e., drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.)
• Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed
• Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance
