AO Globe Life is looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you #39;ll play a key part in making sure our customers have a great experience with our company.   • Talk to customers to understand what they need and help them find the right solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Answer customer questions and guide them to make good decisions.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our computer system.
  • Work with your team to find ways to make our customer service even better.
  • Follow company rules and professional standards in all your interactions with customers.
What We #39;re Looking For:
  • You communicate well and can build good relationships with people.
  • You #39;re organized, manage your time well, and are motivated to learn and grow. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
  • You #39;re comfortable using computers and different communication tools.
  • You are willing to obtain the HLLQP License; comprehensive support will be provided
  • You #39;re eligible to work in Canada.
