Marie, ONWork Model: HybridPosition Summary As a Senior Software Developer in our BLAST Gaming group, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex BLAST software applications. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring others. The successful candidate will work on various stages of the software development lifecycle, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.
Technical Implementation
  • Implement software solutions based on technical specifications.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers.
  • Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
