Job Description

Ace Management Group is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to proactively support and provide direct customer service strategies for a renowned client in the telecommunications industry. As the Customer Service Assistant, you will fuel the client #39;s excitement as their direct point of contact. We need someone in this role who has successfully built, coordinated, and executed client projects from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate has a hunter-mentality and is not afraid to roll their sleeves up.What You Will Accomplish Every Day:

  • Manage end-to-end all sales, customer service and client relations tasks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop and deliver promotional sales plans to increase brand awareness and drive product sales
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Communicate with customers, answer all inquiries, actively listen to customers in order to provide them with a customized product/service solution
  • Attend daily meetings to stay current with the latest products/services and prices
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and achieve sales targets
  • Represent our client with enthusiasm and knowledge to create a positive and memorable brand experience

What You Bring to the Role:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree from accredited college or university
  • 2-4 years of experience working in the business-sphere in a client-facing role
  • Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively to meet goals and client deadlines
  • Exceptional student mentality with the ability to#39;think on your feet #39; and make educated and responsible decisions quickly
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Pragmatic mindset, but can also bring a sense of creativity to the role to drive innovation amongst the team
