POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor INDUSTRY: Food DURATION: Permanent, Full-Time SHIFT: * Day * LOCATION: Scarborough, ON QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma/degree in mechanical or engineering tech, Millwright/Electrician license, and Fiix CMMS experience preferred. 3+ years #39; experience in a maintenance leadership roleamp; food production facility with skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial control systems. Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities in a fast-paced environment.OVERVIEW: Working maintenance supervisor reporting directly to maintenance manager Supervise daily maintenance activities, lead and develop the team, and manage administrative tasks like scheduling, payroll, and vacation requests. Coordinate and track maintenance work orders, ensure the availability of necessary resources, and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts. Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance procurement, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards. Must haves: Millwright/Electrician license, experience in food manufacturing industry
