YOUR MISSIONSupervise the team under your responsibility.Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators.Operate the mixer to mix concrete;Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer;Overlook the smooth operation of all operations;When needed Perform quality control tests;Operate the loader if required;Perform all other tasks when required.YOUR DNABeing comfortable with various IT software;Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset)Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Bilingual;Class 3 driver’s license (an asset).OUR OFFERYou have no experience, we will train you!
