Job Description

JOB TITLE: Shop ForemanPOSITION TYPE: Permanent - Full TimeLOCATION: Shaunavon, SKREPORTING TO: Regional Aftermarket Sales ManagerJob Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervision of shop personnel, and assign Technicians to the appropriate job duties
  • Monitor shop supplies for waste, and purchase consumables
  • Monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion
  • Ensure quality control, check equipment history, assist, and advise Technicians
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and other duties as required
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:
  • Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician Certification, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years #39; experience with Agricultural equipment
  • Experience in a supervisory role is an asset
  • Ability to work as a team and problem-solve
  • Leadership, teaching, and time management skills
  • Valid class 5 driver #39;s license
