Grow with us.Job DescriptionAs a TD ambassador, you will assist with customers financial journeys, day to day transactions and provide support on TD digital applications. You will build a wealth of knowledge on a variety of TD retail products, services and digital tools to meet the needs of our customers. Push your advisory skills to new heights and engage customers in conversation to help them understand their current and future financial needs, while educating on the tools and resources available to bank when and wherever is convenient for them.As a hybrid branch and contact center position, you will have the opportunity to support our clients in person via our branch network for part of your week and over the phone while working from home or one of our contact center locations for the remainder of your scheduled hours. As such, you will be expected to remain available to work directly from the branch location and work from home based on the scheduling provided to you.In this role, you will be required to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products, services, and/or refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner, while ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide customers with the best solutions and offer guidance on how TD’s digital assets can further help them meet their needs, now and in the future, using knowledge you will gain about our product and service suite.
  • Deliver outstanding service and/or sales support with minimal to moderately complex transactions related to financial products and services with the aim to provide complete and correct solutions the first time.
  • Understand and identify customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs while exercising discretion in confidential matters
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and/or other transactions as per standardized operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics
  • Play a key role in addressing customer concerns and be accountable for problem solving and/or raising matters to the appropriate people.
  • Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions / activities as necessary
  • Work towards achieving set goals while being an ambassador for innovation by offering legendary experiences and trusted advice.
  • Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other’s knowledge and support your co-workers to resolve customer issues, participate in process improvements, and improve efficiency of the advice team.
  • Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as participating in personal performance development
Job RequirementsExperience & Education:
  • Must currently be in a Customer Experience Associate Position with the support of your leader to apply
  • High School diploma and/or
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on knowledge/experience of using a variety of computer programs including MS Office
  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
  • Passionate and engaging professional with a desire to consistently and compassionately deliver superior customer experience
  • A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner
