Job Description

KTH Shelburne Mfg is a Tier One supplier of welded automotive component parts and is accepting applications for a Tool and Die/CNC Associate. Successful candidates should have experience machining complex, high tolerance components. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, work closely and communicate effectively with other departments. Candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred. Candidates must be a Licensed Tool & Die Maker.Tool and Die/CNC Associate Job Duties:

  • Involved in all aspects of routine die maintenance program
  • Responsible for supporting trouble report counter measure activity
  • Strive to meet external and internal customer quality requirements
  • Use of all shop equipment and hand tools related to tooling trade
  • Mass production level up and die modification flow
  • Ensure dies are performing at level expected
What We Look For:
  • College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Tool & Die Design
  • Licensed Tool & Die Maker
  • 5 years of experience in Tool & Dies
  • CAD experience
  • Computer Skills
  • CNC Programmer/Operator experience.
