Sunrise Diner:Sunrise Diner is looking for a client focused Restaurant Manager/Staff Supervisor to become part of a passionate team that ensures our clients are served in a nice welcoming place with quality meals.You will: - Establish work schedules and run shifts while guiding and delegating staff- Recruit, train and supervise staff in daily work activities- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies- Maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage.- Deal with customers inquiries, complaints, or concerns- Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently met and activities are carried out efficiently- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports- Review financial information such as sales, inventory, and costs to monitor budget and ensure business is profitable- Report to the General Manager and assist him with all aspects of diner operationYou must: - be reliable, organized with strong attention to detail- have an exceptional guest service orientation- have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- possess knowledge of financial and operational management- be able to supervise 1-5 people and oversee the daily operations and services- show a solid understanding of steps and standards of serviceRequired Education and Experience: - 2 years of previous management experience in food service is a must.-- 1 or 2-year diploma from a college in Food Service/Hospitality/Business Management- MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word- Food Handlers CertificateJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 17.00- $ 20.00 per hour (based on experience and availability)Expected starting date: as soon as possibleWork Schedule:- 35 hours shift per week- Monday to Friday- Weekends availabilitySunrise Diner is an equal opportunity employer.
