Partner Staffing is thequot;go-to recruiter quot; for difficult, important, and time-sensitive positions in Western Canada.We work with proactive clients who understand the importance of having exceptional staff.Partner Staffing is looking for a high-performance Recruiter with experience in the environmental field, based out of our Calgary, Alberta office. Partner is a team-based environment that builds on the abilities of the individual to support the group. Partner specializes in several areas of focus.Key Responsibilities

  • Place technical job postings on various websites for current and future requirements
  • Network to identify exceptional candidates, especially via LinkedIn
  • Screen candidates following the agreed methods
  • Market exceptional candidates to clients proactively
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors and other exceptional candidates
  • Connect candidates with clients to fill client requirement
  • Maintain a high level of follow-up with both clients and candidates
  • Work with the team to establish appropriate goals for all the functions
RequirementsThis is an on-site position in Downtown Calgary. Candidates must be in Alberta to be considered for this role.
  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment
  • Experience sourcing candidates from multiple sources
  • Experience in natural resources management, biologist, compliance monitoring
  • A tenacious nature: you enjoy finding a way
  • Driven to help businesses grow and expand
  • Love a busy environment and are excited about energizing the environment around you
  • A track record of success
  • Work as a team to efficiently close deals
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, with excellent organizational skills
