*Job Summary*Reporting to the Store Manager, the Greengoods Associate is responsible for, assisting customers by helping them find everything they need, ensuring floor is clean and organized, replenishing the stock on the floor, and providing backup to cashiers when required.*Duties and Responsibilities*- Create a welcome environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answer questions- Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets- Keep up to date with knowledge which includes new products, promotions, and rewards program- Complete all opening and closing procedures- Restock plants on the retail floor- Help maintain plant displays by cleaning and organizing- Deadhead and clean up plants- Assist with receiving shipments and organizing them on the retail floor- Other duties as required*Qualifications*- In-depth plant knowledge- Strong organizational skills- Ability to problem-solve- Exceptional customer service- Basic merchandising knowledgeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00-$16.00 per yearQuick Apply
