Ref ID: 05090-0012443948Classification: Data Reporting AnalystCompensation: $55000.00 to $65000.00 yearlyOur client is a leader in the Real Estate Sector, and they are looking to hire an Analyst who is eager to learn and grow within an organization. This role offers tremendous opportunity for growth and will report directly into the CEO.Responsibilities:

  • Research and data entry – Detailed web searches on properties, and complete accurate data entry.
  • A study on a business case, certain market research, etc.
  • Undertake special assignments and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintains an understanding of all services offered, as well as understanding the policies and procedures.
  • Frequently attend meetings with CEO that will contribute to progressing one #39;s skill set and growth in the company.
  • Support CEO to prepare detailed business planning regarding Land Development, etc.
  • Support CEO to automate and improve certain existing progresses.
Job Requirements:Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Planner and/or Business Analyst
  • Strong Excel and Research skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Keen interest in IT.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor #39;s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning or equivalent.
