Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone.

  • Communicate and interact with clients throughout the different technologies such as text messages, emails, online, phone calls etc.
  • Process paper work, and keep the customer data base up to date to ensure information is accurate.
  • Data entry on various softwares such as business management system (Mitchell Repair Center), scheduling software (Prog), and partner communication platform(s) (ARMS Automotive, Mitchell Connect).
Requirements· Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a fast paced working environment.· Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail.· Professional appearance, manners, strong work ethic and positive team attitude***Experience working as a customer service representative for an auto body shop or in an automotive parts position is highly preferred***Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$24.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
