The Administrative Assistant provides integral support to the corporate team, delivering follow-through and tracking important projects, along with assisting with general office administration, delivering vital foundational support to the executive team.We Provide

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares purchase orders, and processes invoices.
  • Daily paperwork reconciliation
  • Daily Audits
  • Gaming and F&B Deposits
  • Currency reconciliation
  • Site lead on training/renewals of certifications
  • Payroll administrator assistance
  • Organizing/Maintaining the site Share Point Site Filing System.
  • Word processing, filing and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Handle office administration duties, including answer telephones, receiving deliveries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Call in service orders for office equipment maintenance.
  • Participates in projects and takes on other responsibilities as required.
What You Bring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional and web browsers.
  • Experience working in Operations and Finance environments preferred.
  • Diploma or post-secondary certificate preferred.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work some overtime
