Assistant Manager Squamish BC:Hiring for Full Time Assistant Manager to join our Squamish team!Were a young but growing company starting in January 2017 with one location. By the end of 2021 we expect to grow to 13 locations. Employees start just expecting a paycheck, but end up with a rewarding career.   • Supervising the team of 8-10 staff on shift & ensure the team is on task, following store timelines
  • Keeping teammates accountable to store checklists and procedures
  • Maintaining a high level of customer experience
  • Daily inventory & food ordering
  • Quality control food items
  • Administrative tasks such as recording daily sales, tips and invoice filing
What we’re looking for:
  • Someone with 1+ years of food service experience
  • Someone who is friendly, responsible and has an enthusiastic attitude
  • Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)
  • Someone who wants to be a leader and enjoys leading others
  • Someone who is coachable, always willing to learn and works hard
