Job Description

Squamish Cannabis is looking for a Budtender.Our Squamish location is looking for a motivated and a knowledgeable Budtender to join our team!Future team members will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to provide a top-notch customer experience for our guests.If youre friendly, reliable, over 19 and knowledgeable about all thing’s cannabis - we are looking for you!Customer Service professionals and experienced Budtenders are encouraged to apply.Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of basic computer/Ipad functions
  • Budtenders are accountable for all POS transactions and for creating a memorable experience with each guest during your scheduled shift
  • Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration
  • Executing all daily tasks and merchanting needs while ensuring guest experience is first priority
  • Sharing concerns, observations and positive feedback with the manager on a weekly basis and communicating clearly and effectively with all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of work space by performing tasks such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting and organizing displays
  • Must be able to individually lift up to 25lbs
Required Qualifications* BC Selling it Right for Cannabis Certificate (MUST HAVE)*
  • Outgoing and customer focused
  • A flexible evening schedule (Weekdays and the Weekend).
  • Regular attendance at scheduled hours is expected and considered an essential function necessary for the efficient operation of business.
  • Strong attention to detail
