We are seeking a fun and energetic Early Childhood Educator to join our team! We are a busy Reggio Inspired program offering Preschool age and Infant Toddler care.We ask that the applicant have the experience or willingness to explore programming for children with a Reggio/Emergent Curriculum Influence and focus. We are fun and active program that balances the outdoor with the indoor. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about their work with young children and is excited about program planning for young children in all aspects of development. Experience in various forms of documentation and observation to support the program planning process in a child initiated play based environment would be an excellent asset however we are willing to support the growth and learning of these skills.The applicant must be a teacher who is flexible in their teaching style, a strong team player, practices strong and effective communication skills and works well in a small to moderate group setting.This position also has a component of a leadership role and mentor to our ECEA teachers who are furthering their education and experience and this will part of the Early Childhood Educators role.Wages will be based on Experience and Training.Extended Benefits are available.All applicant must have:VALID BC Certificate in ECE/ ECEAValid First Aid-requiredCRC- requiredReferencesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
