Job Description

Here at Modern PURAIR® Sea-to-Sky, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Technician Team as an Indoor Air Quality Technician . We offer great pay & incentives. A fun, supportive & competitive work environment and thorough practical training on hard & soft skills. We are currently accepting full-time applications. Experience in Sales, Skilled Labor or HVAC is not required to apply for this job position but is a great bonus.In this role, you will be responsible for completing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base. You will be trained to operate your own truck route. This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Following the PURAIR Way (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
  • Showing up to work on time in your clean, company-provided uniform
  • Performing walkthroughs with our clients to confirm our rates prior to starting the job
  • Educating our clients on our services so they can properly make decisions
  • Using our software to invoice clients off of a company-provided iPhone/iPad
  • Driving one of our Mercedes Sprinter Vans to and from job sites
  • Keeping track of your truck inventory on a daily/weekly basis
  • Being able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropes

  • Have realistic expectations about earning your place as an established Indoor Air Quality Technician
Experience with the following is preferred, but not required:
  • Basic Tools (Drill, Tin Snips, pliers)
  • Ariel Work Platforms (Articulating Boom lifts, Scissor Lifts)
  • Ladders
  • HVAC systems
An “Indoor Air Quality Technician” can expect:
  • Once graduated from training and operate your own truck route, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure that has no limit on the amount of income you can earn. This has taken some Team Members 6 weeks to achieve and others years. What you put in, you will get back in return!
