IT Systems SpecialistRegular Full-TimePlay a critical role delivering solutions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment! We are seeking a qualified andorganized Systems Specialist to join our IT team who will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the District’sNetwork, Servers, and Systems, and assisting the IT Support Specialists with higher level support cases. This positionrequires sound experience along with the drive to continuously learn and keep up to date on technology and emergingtrends. Successful candidates must have the ability to manage complex systems in a busy, open environment, while alsoproviding friendly support to end-users as required.The IT Systems Specialist will manage, maintain and continue to build on the District’s virtual systems infrastructure. Thisincludes upgrading, maintaining, and monitoring of system hardware and software that supports 50+ virtual servers onseveral hosts connected to core SAN infrastructure.What we’re looking for: You are an experienced IT professional with exceptional technical and analytical skills. You thrivein a team environment, and you proactively seek out learning opportunities to stay updated on the latest industry trendsand technologies.
