Job Description

No Limits Motorsports is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist with a passion for motorsports to help drive sales and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.This is a full-time role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am - 6 pm. Compensation starts at $24/hour but will be determined based on experience. This position is eligible for performance-based commissions.Job Summary: The Motorsports Parts Associate will be responsible for selling parts for snowmobiles, personal watercraft, dirt bikes and other off-road motorsport machines. This individual will develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company. Integrity, passion, and sales skills are essential for this role. The Motorsports Parts Associate is required to have a strong background in sales with a broad knowledge of the motorsports industry and brands, preference will be given to candidates who have good working knowledge of Ski-Doo, Can-Am, Sea-doo, Gasgas and KTM products.Job Duties

  • Act as the face of No Limits Motorsports; greet every customer who comes in the door and directs them to the appropriate department
  • Complete sales of parts while offering additional products and/or services
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices and prepare parts order forms and/or reports.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Generate and develop new customer accounts
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, billing invoices, and other documentation.
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
  • Merchandise parts; maintain clean, well-organized displays
  • Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
  • 1 year of direct work experience in a parts department, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of and passion for motorsports.
  • Professional demeanour and appearance.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
  • Strong computer skills
