Do you have a flare for design Can you think on your feet and get creative to solve problems In our showroom, you work with consumers, contractors, and designers to help select fixtures for new builds and renovations. It’s a fun and dynamic role requiring superior customer service and a passion for design.   • Know the products and services they are selling to each customer

Is this role for you Do you have...
  • Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • The ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions and close the sale
  • High energy with strong communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath designer trends
  • Project management skills
  • The ability to easily learn and operate the applicable software system (Trend, Eclipse)
  • Intermediate math skills
  • A willingness to invest a minimum of 40 hours in training annually
Do you have what it takes
  • A college degree
  • Knowledge of products on display at the Showroom
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
  • A minimum 2+ years of experience with customer service or sales, plumbing/kitchen showroom sales preferred
  • A valid driver’s license with a good Drivers abstract
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software
  • Strong English - reading, writing, understanding, and oral
