You’ll get to work with a growing organization where you will gain valuable experience in consulting across a variety of industries.While the job is based in Edmonton, we anticipate that support will be required throughout Alberta and Canada. The position is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist with 8-12 years of experience, as the type of client work will vary and will include recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, employee relations, policy development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and training & development.Your QualificationsThis position is ideal for a human resources professional with 8-12 years of progressive HR experience who thrives in a changing and flexible work environment. You enjoy developing long-term and collaborative working relationships, have the ability to work in teams, and are a self-starter who is motivated to push initiatives through to completion.A post-secondary education in human resources along with a CPHR designation (or working towards) is preferred.There will be a combination of in-office, remote, and on-site client work. Travel may be 20% (within Edmonton) depending on the client engagement and workload.
