Job Description

Warehouse Lead / SupervisorFrom $35 to $40 per hourEdmonton Branch25 Richardson Drive, St. Albert, AB T8N 7W4Uline: Where hard work and hustle are valued and rewarded.Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.Position Responsibilities

  • Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
  • Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
  • Provide daily hands-on leadership and support for the department.
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.
  • Assist in operations as necessary to achieve production goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced distribution operation preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
