Job Description

Gig DescriptionTasks and Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, live transfers, web leads and handle outbound calls
  • Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialler. Prior experience in high volume environment is a plus
  • Follow a consultative selling approach while showing empathy, educating the potential member on the benefits of our debt resolution program, overcoming objections and closing the sale in first call
  • Complete application, pull credit and gather documents while collaborating with underwriting teams to facilitate a quick and smooth enrollment process
  • Close sales and achieve set quotas and performance metrics
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Performance Evaluations:
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence
  • Short sales cycle enabling multiple client enrollments per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Posses solid computer skills with experience managing CRM program
  • High quality scores and no compliance violations
  • Trainable, coachable and receptive to feedback
Experience/Skills
  • Obvious Accent Neutrality
  • Upbeat attitude with at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Ideal team players: humble, hungry and smart with grit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in debt consolidation, finance, mortgage, credit or fintech companies is an asset
Operating Hours
  • Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST
  • Saturday 9am-5pm EST

  • At least 2 years of Sales Experience
  • At least 20 hours of work per week.
  • Camera is required during Training
