O/A St Andrews Innamp; Suites is looking for 2 positions of Housekeeping Supervisor for their location at 111 Water Street, St Andrews, NB E5B 1A3Job Title: Housekeeping SupervisorNature of Employment: Permanent Full Time PositionSalary: $ 23.60 CAD per hour for 37.5 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekendsJob duties:· Oversee and synchronize the cleaning task performed by cleaning staff in the motel.· Check sites or facilities such as rooms, common areas including stairways and lounge areas for cleanliness.· Schedule shifts, arrange for replacements in case of absence for the staff members· Monitor and replenish required cleaning products along with other recommended additional services such as Painting, repair work or any kind of renovations and furnishing· Recruit and train housekeepers on cleaning· May participate in certain cleaning duties with the staff · Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records when required.· Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobLanguage: EnglishEducation: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.
