• Must have some experience with construction or aggregate material
• Experience with APEX, Trimble, and Pulse is considered an asset
• Positive attitude, willingness to change and adapt
• Attention to detail when under pressure
• Ability to create relationships with clients
• Communicate effectively with multiple people
• Ability to listen well

Job Responsibilities:

• Support aggregate division
• Schedule, maintain and oversee equipment moves, rentals, orders
• Work directly with brokers and vendors
• Manage aggregate billing, tickets, and scale houses
• Participate in all dispatch duties
• Receive packages, communicate and unpack

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• Clear communication
• Ability to work under pressure
• Dispatching Fleet w/ construction background
• APEX, Pulse, Trimble
• Construction experience is considered an asset

Schedule:

• Scheduled shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime if/when needed
