What You #39;ll Do:
  • Lead crews on-site, guiding sewer and watermain projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate tasks and manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
  • Inspect and monitor job sites regularly to maintain safety, address challenges, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with project managers and estimators to identify and resolve any deficiencies during the project.
  • Train and mentor your crew, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations.
  • The ability to read blueprints and project specifications with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to tackle on-site challenges effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
