Scraper Operator - BRANT COUNTY AREA!Full Time Skilled Operators:Kieswetter Excavating Inc. is a leader in excavating, site grading and site servicing activities; Working on many of the areas highest-profile projects. We are a fourth-generation, family-owned company which works primarily in Waterloo Region and the surrounding area, Our skilled workforce is dedicated to quality and excellence. Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel to Waterloo Region.
  • Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites.
  • Valid Driver #39;s License.
  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or outdoor environment.
  • Knowledge of grades, levels and trenching.
  • Previous construction experience.
  • Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to recognize, communicate and eliminate hazards.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspects and maintains the equipment daily.
  • Complies with Company Safety Program.
  • Organization of project details, locates, performance objectives.
  • Communication of any discrepancy.
  • Ability to plan ahead.
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Ability to work 10-14 hours a day.
Work Location: Mostly Waterloo Region some travel in Southern Ontario.
