What You #39;ll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, commercial trucks, and light-duty vehicles.
  • Perform preventive maintenance following manufacturer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues on hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are consistently met.
What We #39;re Looking For:Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 310T Red Seal Certification (preferred) or equivalent mechanical training.
  • 1-2 years hands-on experience in vehicle/equipment maintenance.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Reliable transportation to our shop location.
  • Valid driver #39;s license with clean record.
Bonus Points For:
  • Construction or heavy equipment experience.
  • Hydraulic system knowledge.
  • Computer diagnostic experience.
Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Location: Waterloo Region (rural shop location).
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • Some travel to job sites may be required.
  • Immediate start available for right candidate.
