Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in inventory coordination If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking parts for our operations. Responsibilities:

  • Place orders with multiple suppliers for parts.
  • Receive incoming orders, conduct verification, and ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Organize the parts room for efficient access and storage.
  • Include parts on customers #39; invoices accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technicians with general parts knowledge and assistance.
  • Prepare and present reports to management regarding inventory status.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an inventory coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the heavy truck/manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office software.
  • Knowledge of different types and sizes of parts, including metric and imperial measurements, is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate inventory management.
