WELDER / FABRICATORCurrently hiring Welder/Fitters for our busy ST.MARYS shop. We are looking for Welder/Fitters who are mechanically inclined, can weld all types of metal, but mainly Aluminum. Ex Please do not apply, if you are NOT CURRENTLY LIVING IN CANADA!Wage will be based on experience.We have locations in Stratford and St. Marys, Ontario. We have been in business for over 11 years. We also offer competitive wages based on experience, bi-weekly pay schedule, medical and dental care benefits and an RRSP plan.Responsibilities:

• Layout and fit, weld or bolt steel and aluminum structures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine welding techniques and practices.
• Follow work procedures and instructions.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional and safe manner.
• Must be able to operate torches, grinder, and welding machines.

Qualifications required:

• Able to work in a team environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Be safety conscious.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
