Job Description

St Paul Dodge : is looking for an experienced Front Desk Greeter/Accounting Clerk/Reception: Duties to include: :

  • Answer phones for all incoming calls
  • Receptionist for walk-in customers – assist customer by obtaining salesman or proper department.
  • Develop deal folders with all pertinent documents.
  • Prepare new vehicle inventory cards from Manufacturer’s invoices.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Maintain all office equipment with supplies and repairs as needed.
  • Assist Controller with various special projects.
  • Reconcile & prepare bank deposits daily.
  • Post accounts payable invoices to computer daily.
  • Reconcile accounts payable monthly & disburse funds to vendors per payment schedule.
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received.
  • Issue receipts to customers
