Job Description

Carstar St Stephen is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill a term position for a Customer Service Administrator. This is a 16-month term position with an anticipated start date of July 5th, 2021.The Customer Service Administrator for Carstar is responsible for managing each customer throughout the vehicle repair process, as well as liaising with the respective insurance company representatives on behalf of the customer. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Greeting, directing and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Maintaining all schedule updates via internal software programs, ie. Progisync, ARMS, & Mitchell Connect. (training to be provided)
  • Maintains all communication within the general Outlook email box, either providing direct replies or forwarding emails to the appropriate personnel
  • Oversees a good workflow schedule in conjunction with the Operations Manager to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly revenue targets set by the General Manager in conjunction with the management team.
  • Organizes and leads daily 'pitch' meetings to provide timely updates to all staff members
  • Keeping customers informed throughout repair process of the status of their vehicle, as well as communicating additional repair costs and applicable deductibles.
  • Collect and record all customer payments required from customers for each repair as set out by the Finance Coordinator.
A minimum of 1-2 years previous customer service administration experience is required. Candidate must have a good knowledge of computers and be able to learn the software programs utilized by Carstar. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite would be considered an asset. Successful applicants should possess a problem-solving positive attitude, as well as an ability to work in a deadline-driven dynamic environment.Contract length: 16 monthsExpected start date: 2021-07-05Job Types: Full-time, TemporarySalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:
