Job Description

About usGreentone is a company specialized in the production of recreational and pharmaceutical cannabis. In addition to diversifying into potency, the company specializes in the sale of processed products.We are looking for a dynamic, organized and agile individual to join our logistics supply chain as a logistics coordinatorResponsibilitiesTransport

  • Monitors all shipment for the Provinces and License Producers.
  • Booking of appointments for receiving and shipping.
  • Request quotes to Carrier and organize shipment.
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues and communicate promptly with customers.
  • Create documentation required for the movement of goods.
  • Coordinates and monitors daily inquiries concerning deliveries and pickups.
  • Track shipment, cost, transit times, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Inventory
  • At the end of each period, participates in inventory counts, postings, and adjustments to ensure balance between the physical inventory and the system
  • Perform item requests for production in our ERP system
  • Analyze inventory transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly report for Health Canada
  • Resolve and/or make recommendations on reported issues
  • Work closely with other departments to find solutions and/or communicate internally and/or externally on problems encountered.
  • Management and optimization of storage space
  • Participates in various supply chain projects
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years Logistics experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and French an asset
  • Experience in liquors, pharma or Cannabis is preferred but not necessary.
