Job Description

Are you a polished and professional property administrator with great organizational and multi-tasking skillsAgilus is recruiting for a Property Administrator/Leasing Administrator in the property management sector in in Winnipeg, Manitoba.A typical day:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities from accounting, tenant relations, maintenance, repair and management responsibilities of the commercial properties in the city.
  • Managing the tenants’ application process, execute lease agreements and confirm security deposits
  • Maintain Tenant Information and Lease agreement
  • Track and approve all tenant monthly rental billings/EFT payments
  • Communicate with Tenants and Property Managers
Successful candidates will have:
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in property management industry, preferably in commercial sector
  • Strong customer service background and ability to develop rapport with tenants and staff.
  • Must be able to work for on-call duties and be available for questions/concerns that arise during evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a drivers license
