Job Description

Trinity Energy Group is currently seeking a hard-working, highly motivated customer service person, to work out of our Stellarton location as a Booking Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking appointments for the installation of energy efficient products (light bulbs, showerheads, tank wraps, etc.) throughout rural Nova Scotia and Halifax Regional Municipality. Successful candidates will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week.What are we offering

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Point of contact for homeowners via telephone and email.
  • Coordination of appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for Field Installers
  • Inputting all client information received into the software, assigning it to a Field Installer, ensuring address, date, and time of appointment is correct.
  • Daily scheduling for Field Installers, including mapping, and reminder calls.
  • Dispatching all appointments to assigned Field Installers.
  • Point of contact for Field Installers.
  • Troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience:
  • Ability to work on their own and under deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team-based work environment
  • Ability to learn new material quickly and apply it to the job
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to stick to tasks that may be repetitive in nature
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Required:
  • Experience answering phones
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel
  • Clean criminal record & child abuse registry check to be provided upon hire No exceptions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Punctuality & excellent attendance
