The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing functional and technical training content in collaboration with functional experts.Job DescriptionWhat youll get to do in this role:Develop training content by proposing appropriate, creative and innovative learning methods and solutions in collaboration with functional experts, including learning assessment tools.Support the training and skills development of store employees and managers by conducting training needs assessments, creating and delivering training materials.Collaborate with Centre-Led Learning & Development and project team members to identify and deliver learning needs.Actively build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster an environment of trust and open conversations.Work closely with cross functional Learning & Development teams to leverage national programs and to ensure alignment of detailed training plans and execution.Job RequirementsWhat your resume will include and demonstrate to us:Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceExperience designing and developing learning content in Articulate360 preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft OfficeHigh level of motivation, strong work ethic and desire to work collaborativelyAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlinesAbility to work through ambiguity, think outside of the box and thrive on new challengesExperience in project management considered an assetContent design or learning accreditations considered an assetBilingualism is considered an asset (English and French)If you feel that this describes the kind of work you want to do, and you are excited about what Sobeys has to offer, then we look forward to reviewing your application.
