We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Financial Analyst, Supplier Revenue to join our Finance Business Support department based out of our office in Stellarton, NS, Montreal, QC, Mississauga, ON, Calgary, AB, or Victoria, BC. A great opportunity to learn, grow and develop your analysis and accounting skills!The Financial Analyst, Supplier Revenue is responsible for managing supplier revenue funds and analyzing the various way in which they are received and accounted for. Do you enjoy telling stories with numbers and partnering with cross functional teams – this may be the opportunity for you!Job Description What youll get to do in this fast paced role:

  • Complete period end activities timely and accurately
  • Ensure accurate and concise information is shared with key stakeholders
  • Interpret and explain supplier revenue programs to stakeholders and customers
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and reporting
  • Work with the internal audit department to overcome variances
  • Ensure profit recovery
  • Create accruals
  • Gain experience in a team driven environment
  • Work with category managers to drive results
  • Make educated suggestions to leadership
Job RequirementsWhat your resume will include and demonstrate to us:
  • Relevant post secondary education (Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multi tasking skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • Merchandising experience in a retail environment an asset
  • Retail experience an asset
  • Bilingual French and English an asset
