We currently have a part-time opportunity for an Office Services Customer Support to join our National Building Services team based out of our office in Stellarton, NS.Job DescriptionWhat you will do in this fast-paced role:A key hands on office service role with a focus on:Performing Mailroom, Shipping and receiving dutiesBack up support to reception and security accessPhysical site event set up (town halls)Executive meeting AV support (board meeting)Routine checking of kitchenettes, copy hubs and meeting rooms to ensure compliance/resources are in place to standardsSupport IT in trouble shooting and resolution of AV break-fixSupport office moves preparation and executionPerform basic building maintenance, under directionCultivate cross function relationships to ensure timely and successful delivery of service supportPerform any other general duties as assigned by the OS Regional Site LeadEnsure all equipment is available and functioning as requiredAvailable to assist as required during preparationProactively anticipate our customers needs and problem solves issues before, during and after an eventJob RequirementsWhat your resume will demonstrate to us:High school or technical college diplomaA minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceFacilities management education/experienceExperience related to building maintenanceCustomer Service ExperienceIf you feel that this describes the kind of work you want to do, and you are excited about what Sobeys has to offer, then we look forward to reviewing your application.
