We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Representative on our Operations Retail Support team based out of our offices in Mississauga, Ontario.Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative with Sobeys you will:Provide an exemplary customer experience, reflecting a “customer first” attitude, to build and maintain trust in our commitment to quality products and customer serviceReceive customer contacts via phone, e-mail, letter and fax while, in a timely manner, follow through to resolution according to established guidelinesTranslate product information and investigation results from English to FrenchEngage with customers in a manner suitable for a public forumProactively and effectively use consumer brands data and internal personnel resources to formulate appropriate and accurate responses to customer contactsKeep manager informed of potential escalation situations and emerging trendsMaintain a professional, calm, and empathetic communication styleMaintain up-to-date contact records with all relevant data and details including customer, contact, product, follow-up, and resolutionMaintain complete document and sample filesAccurately categorize and rate contact types according to established guidelines.
