In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the eCommerce team to continue to develop and grow our curbside pick up business.Job DescriptionAs the In-Store Fulfillment Specialist, you will:

  • Guide, coach and mentor in-store team driving elevated operational execution and profit improvement
  • Regularly review performance of priority stores and departments based on KPIs established with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • Establish standards that will support a best in class Customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of tools and systems that will optimize in-store operations
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to drive the business, look for new opportunities and monitor results (Merchandising, Marketing, etc)
  • Monitor for new in-store programs that can be leveraged online
  • Conduct weekly store visits to review program with in-store staff. These visits would involve:
  • Completing comprehensive reviews of processes
  • Reviewing training material
  • Documenting feedback on pain points
  • Documenting best practices
  • Competitive Reviews
  • Support the creation and upkeep of training materials and eLearning courses
  • Support real-time troubleshooting required for stores including the management of a shared inbox
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for District Operators and Store Operators
  • Train and develop the ISF store team to ensure flawless execution by:
  • Facilitating weekly store calls
  • Facilitating focus groups
  • Hosting regular training sessions
  • Complete reporting and analytics on:
  • In-Store Fulfillment KPIs (i.e. Fulfilment, Time to Curbside, Pick Rate)
  • Slot Planning
  • Customer Feedback
  • Labour Management

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop teammates
  • Demonstrated ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities
  • Deep knowledge of retail operations processes and execution standards
  • A diploma in business administration combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail (any other combination deemed equivalent will be considered)
  • You hold a valid drivers license and have access to a vehicle, as you will be required to travel frequently
