You will be guiding product teams with its technical deliverables meaning their use of agile practices, processes and overall approach to executing product delivery in a timely and efficient matter.You can manage the day-to-day product activities and product backlogs all while ensuring proactive and reactive problem management across all delivery teams. Furthermore, you can drive improvement by advising and sharing the development of design solutions based on business and technology requirements involved in release planning & managing. What you bring to the table:

• Good communicator to engage with both internal teams and stakeholders
• Negotiation skills to ensure the appropriate sign offs are obtained at the correct stage.
• Leadership skills to coach the team in DevOps methods and delivery
• Proactive in finding ways to help teams improve their approach to working and supporting tools
• Strong leadership and people management skills

What you have to offer:

• College degree with 7-8 years of relevant experience or an undergraduate degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience leading DevOps team and proven track record in Service, Demand, Change, and Release management
• Excellent understanding and awareness of ITIL processes and tools
• Expert knowledge of concepts and tools behind the design of the relevant area of expertise e.g., business processes or systems and underlying information technologies
• Agile or Scrum certification (preferred)
